Packages
Booking a package ensures collaboration throughout the entire planning process until the day of your event, as well as flexibility to make changes along the way. They are based on past events, client requests and cover standard components for a typical event. Should any package contain a component you are not in need of, that portion of your budget can be utilized to upgrade any other component of your choice.
All packages will reflect the theme and color scheme of your event and already include setup, take down and travel. Package pricing also reflects the materials used and their cost, how intricate the details of your decor, level of difficulty to setup, as well as how much space is being decorated. The more sophisticated decor will be reserved for indoor event spaces and adult events, while children's events will consist of safe and non-breakable decor. Should the event space be outdoors, collaboration about the weather and your commitment is needed to ensure the decor is returned in its original state.

Larger scale events, such as quinceaneras or weddings, for more than 100 guests and larger venues will require a custom quote.

Backdrops, Balloons & Beyond
I purchase, create, make and display all decor myself. I do my very best to keep costs reasonable for the services I provide, the materials I use and time I invest in making sure the most memorable moments are made. These prices also include setup, travel, and take down.
Remember, the longer and fuller the balloons, the more expensive the stand, the more details added, the higher the level of difficulty, the further the venue, outdoor versus indoor, the more the price will increase.
Basic Backdrops
Starting at $250 These backdrops include, hoop or photography stand, balloons, draping, props, decor, florals, lights and any other embellishments needed to make your theme complete. Below are examples of some client backdrops to give you some ideas. I also encourage clients to send inspo pics to guide my creativity!
Advanced Backdrops
Starting at $300 One of these backdrops a 6ft-10ft adjustable steel backdrop stand for both indoor and outdoor use. This stand gives way for more draping options, heavier floral and greenery walls, as well as entire balloon walls. A second option is a 6ft chaira arch wood panel for some of the latest trends. Both are new and have yet to be photographed in action, and are an option for your Chic, Sophisticated and Exquisite packages or as an upgrade to your $500 packages.Beyond the Backdrop
